ATHLETIC CLEARANCE IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR. 

Register for all sports you maybe interested in.  The following needs to be done before a student can be cleared to tryout/practice/participate on an athletic team.

HOW TO COMPLETE CLEARANCE HANDOUT

1. Go to https://www.homecampus.com/  Helpful link   If you are new to Hayward High School & a 10-12 grader you will need to complete a NCS Transfer form (any 9th grader enrolling after the first day of school must complete this form as well.)

2. UPLOAD OR TURN IN A CURRENT PHYSICAL (use the following form or obtain a physical from physician.  Physical must have been done within the 1 calendar year. Suggested clinics to obtain physical or visit the onsite health center)  

3. Every athlete must have proof of health insurance to participate in interscholastic athletics.  Purchase free/reduced healthcare or Purchase healthcare through HUSD

4. A GPA of 2.00 must be obtained and no more then 1 F in the previous grading period
