The Green Academy is a group of students dedicated to learning about environmental science and alternative energy. Through class discussions and hands-on projects, students search for ways they can contribute to ecological sustainability.
We maintain Hayward High's Garden and Ecology Center, which, in addition to allowing us to grow delicious, organic vegetables, also provides us with an excellent environment for learning about ecosystem science.
