If you need verification of student’s attendance or need forms filled out please allow the attendance office at least 24 hours to fill them out.

Social Services requires that we mail the forms back to them, please don’t forget to sign the form and include the envelope. This will facilitate the forms being proceeded.  

Hayward High is a closed campus! Students who must leave campus for medical appointments or other valid reasons must obtain an off grounds pass from the attendance office.  Failure to do so will result in classes missed coded as CUT and appropriate disciplinary actions.  Parents must notify the attendance office in writing the morning of the appointment to allow their student/s to obtain an off grounds pass to leave campus.
