As principal of Hayward High School, I am fortunate to lead a committed, passionate, and spirited group of teachers and staff who are dedicated in providing a quality education experience for our students.  As one of the oldest high schools in the Bay Area, founded in 1892,  this Farmer Pride and attention to meeting the needs of all of our students continues almost 120 years later.

I welcome you to explore all that Hayward High School has to offer our students and community. I welcome your feedback, comments, and questions.

My hope is that students find the spark during their time at Hayward High School that will propel them to a successful future. I believe, that as poet William Butler Yeats wrote,

"Education is not the filling of a bucket, but the lighting of a fire."
